Principal and Founder
Brian Code received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of South Florida. Prior to entering the financial services field, he worked for Arthur Young and Company, CPAs and was an internal auditor with Jim Walter Corporation. Brian is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He has been awarded the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Certified Family Business Specialist (CFBS), and Accredited Estate Planner (AEP). He also carries the Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC) designation and holds certification as a Special Care Planner. Brian is a member of the Tampa Bay Estate Planning Council and National Association of Estate Planners and Councils.
Brian and his wife Karen have three children. He is active in his church and involved in the community and served in the U. S. Army Reserve for six years. He has been very active in junior golf organizations and served as President of the Greater Tampa Junior Golf Association for seven years. All three of his children played golf for the University of Florida, and he was named Golfweek magazine’s 2003 National Father of the Year. When not playing golf, he is often playing competitive hockey. Other interests include traveling, skiing, and spending time outdoors.
