Melissa Tofanelli

Client Relationship Manager

Melissa Tofanelli graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science. She worked part time with us periodically from the time she graduated from high school beyond her college years and joined us full time in 2009. Melissa is integral to our financial planning and wealth management practice, as she is responsible for coordinating all investment account processes, including: account opening, transfers, account changes, and performance reports. She also oversees the loading of client data into our financial planning system and maintaining the client profile.

Suzanne Jobson

Administrative Assistant

Born and raised in England, Suzanne Jobson and her husband immigrated to the United States in 2001. With a background in administrative work, Suzanne joined our team in 2014. She assists the principals and the office staff in various administrative capacities.

Danny Ferro

Investment Analyst

Danny Ferro graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Muma College of Business at the University of South Florida. During his time at USF, Danny was an accomplished NCAA D1 track and field athlete.

Danny has been an integral part of our firm since joining in 2023. He plays a crucial role in assisting the firm with trading, research, and portfolio management. Responsible for executing trades with precision and efficiency, analyzing financial data, and identifying investment opportunities, Danny applies his analytical skills to help develop and implement strategies that align with our clients' financial goals. Currently, Danny is working towards earning his Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation.

Outside of his professional life, Danny and his wife, Raegan, are passionate about holistic health and fitness. They both enjoy playing sports and are active members of their church.

Andrew Adcock

Client Communications Administrator

Andrew Adcock graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida’s College of Business. A Tampa native, he joined our team in 2021 as Client Communications Administrator. He assists the firm by helping with client onboarding, performing account management, scheduling meetings, and assisting with money movements. He uses his communication skills to provide both excellence and a personal touch to the client experience. Prior to joining Code Waechter, he worked in the auto auction industry by performing vehicle inspections, managing inventory, and preparing units for sale.

He and his wife Nicole became parents in 2023 which has been both challenging and rewarding; when they do get some downtime, they enjoy traveling (especially internationally!), trying new restaurants, playing complicated board games, reading fiction, cheering for the Bucs, Rays, and Lightning, and serving in various church ministries.

Becca Biggs

Client Communications Administrator

Becca Biggs graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Minor in Art & Design. She became a client of Code Waechter two years after graduating and her experience as a client of more than a decade is why she chose to join the staff in 2024. Prior to joining the Code Waechter team, she worked in business operations rounding out skills in accounting, human resources, and customer relations. Becca is the former VP of Public Relations for the Raymond James Toastmasters group where she earned both the competent communicator and competent leader designations. Becca recently finished serving a three-year term on the Board of Directors for Crossroads Career.

Becca and her husband Blake have one mischievous hound dog and enjoy boating, traveling, spending time with their 8 nieces and nephews, and serving in leadership for their church..
